Before each realisation on the canvas there is a long and careful process of choosing a plot. In thousands images reviewed only one gets selected for next steps and goes to our ART-laboratory.

The process when a pixel image becomes vector and is divided into numbered areas is called tracing. Thanks to this process each area in the picture is different in number and color which facilitates the drawing process.

The stage of comparing the result of automatic tracing with the original painting begins. After testing of color combinations and researching on the number required of colors in the plot creation designers came to a conclusion — the optimum is 30 colors.

Automatic layout needs adjustment. With its help color distortion is removed, details and boundaries of objects are restored. Therefore, the designers of the ART laboratory personally finish the contours and adjust the shades, trying to get closer to the original painting.

Some cell borders are drawn with dotted lines. These lines indicate color shading zone and smoother transition to another cell.

The checklist is like a hint to a novice artist. While drawing it is very convenient to focus on a black-and-white sheet with a contour layout and numbers.
