2) Shipping geography

We ship orders to Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Finland, and Germany. For other EU countries, please contact us and we will advise available options.

3) How to see shipping costs on the site

To view the exact shipping cost (and total order amount) at checkout, you must enter your country, city, and postal code. Without a postal code, the platform cannot calculate shipping.

4) Methods, delivery times, and costs

Final options and prices are calculated at checkout based on your address. Standard rates by country:

5) Order processing and cut-off time

Orders placed before 12:00 local time (Estonia, EET/EEST) are usually shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 are shipped the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

6) Tracking number

Once we register the shipment in the carrier’s system, the carrier will send you the tracking number directly by e-mail (to the address provided at checkout) and/or by SMS to your phone number. If you don’t see the message, please check your Spam/Promotions folder or contact us for assistance.

7) Storage times at pick-up points / parcel lockers

Storage periods are defined by carrier rules and will be specified in their notifications. As a guideline:

  • Omniva (EE/LV/LT): usually 7 calendar days.
  • DPD Estonia: parcel locker / pick-up point — usually 7 calendar days.
  • DPD Lithuania: parcel locker / pick-up point — usually 5 calendar days.
  • Finland (DPD partners): usually 7 days (unless otherwise stated by the carrier).
  • Germany (DHL): packstation / pick-up point — usually 7 days (redirected parcels may differ).
  • Poland (InPost/DPD): parcel locker  — usually 7 calendar days.

Please collect your parcel on time. Unclaimed shipments are returned to the sender according to carrier rules.

8) Changing address or delivery method

Please check your address and chosen delivery method carefully at checkout. After the order is handed over to the carrier, changes are usually not possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, contact us as soon as possible.
We only ship with the carriers listed above. Using your own carrier is not supported.

9) Taxes and fees

For EU customers, all prices on the site include VAT, and shipping costs are displayed separately before order confirmation. No customs duties apply for deliveries within the EU.

10) Delays, partial shipments, and force majeure

If no specific delivery date is agreed, orders will be delivered without undue delay and by default within 30 days from the date of purchase. In case of significant delays, you have the right to cancel the contract and receive a refund. Partial shipments may occur at no extra cost to you. Delivery times may be extended due to factors beyond our control (carrier peak loads, weather conditions, etc.).

11) Risk and damages

The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the goods are physically received by you or the person you designated. If you notice visible damage, please document it upon receipt (report/photo) and inform us within 48 hours — we will assist you in resolving the issue.

12) Unclaimed or undelivered shipments

If a parcel is returned as unclaimed or undelivered for reasons beyond our control (wrong address, storage period expired, etc.), the following options apply:

  • reshipment at the customer’s expense (based on actual carrier charges); or
  • a refund of the product price minus the actual costs of the original delivery and return shipping charged by the carrier (if any).

If the issue was our fault, we cover all costs.
